WinCC OA V3.16, MindSphere connector, permits the direct connection of WinCC OA to the Siemens cloud MindSphere. This requires operation of a valid tenant in MindSphere. As an open system with a focus on flexibility, WinCC OA provides more than 30 integrated drivers for a wide variety of technologies, standards, and manufacturers. At least one license is needed per server and desired type of connection. Additional licenses can result from the number of devices used, depending on the type of driver.
