Basic Line Module SINAMICS Basic Line Module in booksize format for applications with little or no surplus braking energy for the SINAMICS S120 drive system. The Basic Line Modules are compact line infeeds for two-quadrant operation. They are used when no energy is fed back into the network. If surplus energy is created, this is reduced via a braking module (braking chopper) using braking resistance. The Basic Line Modules are space-saving and feature an internal air-cooler and a high degree of efficiency.The DC link voltage is directly derived from the 3-phase line voltage via a 6-pulse bridge circuit. The module receives its control information via DRIVE-CLiQ from the CU320-2 Control Unit. The Basic Line Module covers the three-phase voltage range from 380 V up to 480 V 3AC. For the modules, a shield connection plate, a DC link infeed adapter, and a DC link adapter are available. SINAMICS – simply my drive.
